Shipping policy

 

We offer shipping services for all products purchased through our online ordering system. We strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your items. Our shipping policy is as follows:

• We only ship within Australia.

• Shipping costs are based on the Carton and destination of the item.

• Orders before 2PM on weekdays next day pick and pack, order for the following Monday delivery will need to be placed on Friday before 1PM, but we cannot be responsible for any delays once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier. 

• Standard shipping rates as follow : 1st 6 cartons at $50 flat rate, every additional carton of will be charged at $6 per carton.

• If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can resolve the issue.
